Monday:  Massages during lunch break! Bonus points if you offer rain checks for those who can’t get to it or aren’t scheduled on this day.

Tuesday: Prime parking! All nurses get covered parking for the day. Bonus points if administration prioritizes parking for nurses year-round as they are the ones who spend the most time on their feet. 

Wednesday: Lunch break! Bring in extra nurses for a period of time during lunch hours to ensure each nurse gets an uninterrupted lunch break without their phone. Bonus points if management institutes this practice year round.

Thursday: Hazard pay! For those nurses who have served directly with COVID-19 patients of any condition, hazard pay instituted. Bonus points if back pay is paid out for the entire year of 2020. 

Friday: Doctors buy lunch and serve the nurses on each floor! Bonus points if they check for allergies or food restrictions and be sure to include a smattering of veggie and protein options (pizza does not count).
